  • Our groups are made up of women from all different backgrounds, with most of our guests joining from the USA and Canada, alongside girls from Europe, Australia, and across Asia. Most are working women who value spending on themselves and prioritising experiences, which naturally creates a driven, fun, and like-minded group dynamic.

    We also keep our trips intentionally small, usually no more than 10–12 guests, so the experience always feels personal and connected.

  • Our trips aredesigned for women between 20–40, with most of our guests typically falling between 25–35. While this is the age range we recommend to keep the group dynamic aligned, we’re always open to flexibility depending on the trip and overall fit.

  • Every trip has its own pace, vibe, and style, which is why we always recommend reading through the itinerary carefully.

    If you’re unsure, you can always schedule a call with us and we can walk you through next steps to see if it’s the right fit.

  • The earlier, the better. Many of our trips sell out in advance or build waitlists, especially during peak travel seasons, so booking early gives you the best chance at securing your spot and planning comfortably.

  • That’s completely normal - a lot of our girls are first-time travellers or first-time group trippers, so you definitely won’t be the only one feeling that way.

    We’re very used to guiding girls through the entire process, and once the trip starts, you’ll have a supportive host from the Dreamy Trips team and a group that sticks together, making it all feel a lot easier than you think.

    We’re very vocal about creating an inclusive environment and basically hold your hand until you no longer need us!

Booking & Payments

  • To secure your spot, simply place your deposit through the trip page or schedule a call with us if you’d like to chat first.

    All Dreamy Trips tours are officially confirmed once a minimum of 6–8 guest deposits have been placed, so for newly launched trips, we always recommend securing your spot early. Once the trip is confirmed, our team will send you access to your personalized trip portal, where you’ll find your full itinerary, group airport transfer options, payment schedule, trip prep details, and anything else we may need from you - and from there, we recommend booking your flight.

  • No - all deposits with Dreamy Trips are non-refundable. Once your deposit is placed, we begin prioritising your booking and moving forward with securing trip arrangements, accommodations, and vendor commitments in advance, which is why deposits cannot be refunded.

    If you do need to cancel, you’ll have up to 6 months from your cancellation date to transfer your deposit toward another available trip.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can guide you through the next steps.

    Your deposit will remain non-refundable, but you’ll have up to 6 months from your cancellation date to transfer it toward another available Dreamy Trips trip.

    Any additional payments made will be handled in line with our cancellation policy, so we strongly recommend reviewing our full terms and conditions before booking.

  • If you become sick before your trip and are unable to travel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review your options based on your booking and timing.

    This is exactly why we require all guests to have travel insurance, as coverage for illness, cancellations, or unexpected emergencies is typically handled through your provider rather than Dreamy Trips.

  • Once your deposit is placed, the remaining balance can be split into flexible installments leading up to your trip. Most of our girls complete their payments over 2–3 months, but we’re always happy to explore flexible options where possible. Your payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your Dreamy Trips trip portal after booking.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Wise, and Zelle for Dreamy Trips bookings. Please note that card payments carry a 5% transaction fee, which is why many of our guests choose alternative methods - from our experience, Zelle is the most common for U.S. guests, while Wise and bank transfers are the most popular options for Canadian and international guests.

Group Trips

  • Every Dreamy Trips group is different, but the energy is usually very similar - social, open-minded, and easygoing. Most of our girls are working women who want to make the most of their time away, so while we usually have one bigger party night, the rest of the evenings are often more intimate - dinners, drinks, late-night chats, and different kinds of moments that bring the group closer together. Every night has its own vibe, but we always make the most of where we are.

  • Our Dreamy Trips hosts are the kind of girls that just get it - cool, approachable, and there to make the whole experience feel easy and fun. Think of them like your big sisters on the trip: looking out for you, keeping things running smoothly, and always down to have a good time. They’re not local guides, but they work closely with our local partners and act as the link between the group and the ground team to make sure everything flows the way it should.

  • Yes — and it’s intentional. We build our itineraries with a balance of planned experiences and free time because not every great moment needs to be scheduled. That’s the beauty of bringing women together — sometimes you want to bounce off each other’s energy, make spontaneous plans, and those often end up being some of the best parts of the trip. We also usually talk through free time options in the group chat beforehand, and if there’s something you’d like help coordinating, we’re always happy to look into it.

    If there’s something you’d like to do on your own, visit a friend, or explore separately, you’re always welcome to - we just ask that you keep your host informed so they can keep track of the group and make sure everyone is safe.

  • There are usually two WhatsApp group chats for every Dreamy Trips trip.

    The first is your direct trip support chat with our team — this is your main point of contact for important updates, trip prep, payment reminders, and anything you need leading up to departure.

    The second is your group chat with the girls and your host, usually launched 1–2 months before the trip, where everyone can connect, plan, share travel plans, outfit ideas, and start getting to know each other before the trip even begins.

  • Absolutely. Dreamy Trips is about the full experience - the travel, the connection, the activities, and the memories - not about drinking or partying. We’ve had girls from all different backgrounds, including hijabis, and there’s never any pressure to drink, go out, or take part in anything that doesn’t align with how you travel. Our trips are designed so everyone can enjoy them in their own way.

  • Yes - we always set an encouraged dress code for the trip, which is generally smart chic and tailored to the destination and itinerary. We usually encourage avoiding things like jeans or workout wear for certain outings, as it can take away from the overall feel of the experience and give off a more touristy vibe. We’ll always share the dress code in the group chat ahead of time, along with Pinterest inspo and outfit ideas, so everyone feels prepared and the group experience feels elevated from start to finish.

Inclusions & Logistics

  • A lot - and that’s intentional. Every Dreamy Trips itinerary is built with strong value in mind, which means quality accommodations, carefully vetted activities with trusted local guides who understand our style of travel, comfortable transport, and airport transfer options where available. We put a lot of thought into every part of the itinerary so the experience feels seamless and genuinely worth the investment. We understand this is a big trip for you.

    More than a tour package, you’re investing in an experience that’s been carefully built and fully supported. From your dedicated trip support chats, on-ground hosts, and constant access to help throughout the process, there’s real value in having everything handled for you instead of piecing it together alone.

  • For most of our Dreamy Trips guests — especially those travelling from the U.S. and Canada — visa requirements are often simple or not required depending on the destination, so visa processing is not a service we provide. It will always be your responsibility to check your visa requirements, entry rules, and passport validity before travelling. That said, if you need supporting documents for your application, we’re always happy to provide anything we can from our side.

  • No - international flights are not included in your Dreamy Trips package. Since our guests join us from all over the world, we leave flights in your hands so you can book from your preferred departure city and choose what works best for you. It also gives you full control over your booking in case of delays, cancellations, or baggage issues, making it much easier to manage directly with your airline.

  • At this time, our Bali tour is the only itinerary that includes a private room for each guest as part of the standard package.

    Across our other trips, accommodation is typically shared, with single room upgrades offered where availability allows. We always aim to keep these upgrades as reasonable as possible — though this can vary significantly depending on destination and season, with peak periods like Euro summer often carrying a higher supplement.

  • In most cases, yes. We’re happy to communicate your dietary requirements to our hotels, restaurants, and local partners in advance to help make the trip as smooth as possible. This information will be requested during your onboarding process, and it’s important that it’s provided early so we have enough time to coordinate properly.

Private Packages

  • At this time, we only offer the complete private packages listed above and do not provide activity-only planning services. Our packages are designed as end-to-end experiences, allowing us to ensure every part of the trip works together seamlessly and meets the quality standards we're known for.

  • Once your deposit is received, you'll gain access to your Guest Portal, where you'll find important trip information and updates throughout the planning process.

    We'll work with you to finalize any itinerary adjustments and hotel selections before collecting your final payment. Once everything is confirmed, our team takes care of all bookings and coordination on your behalf.

    From there, all that's left for you to do is get excited for your trip. When you arrive, your driver will be waiting for you at the airport and your Dreamy Trips experience can begin.

  • Yes. Since this is a private trip, we'll ask you to share any dietary restrictions or preferences when completing the required information in your Guest Portal.

    We'll take these preferences into account when making dining reservations throughout your trip.

    While we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated by every venue, we'll do our best to ensure suitable options are available whenever possible.

  • Absolutely. We regularly work with groups of all sizes and can customize private packages for friend groups, families, corporate retreats, and special events.
