PRICE POLICY - TRIP DEPOSIT - INVOICING - FINAL PAYMENT

All trip prices are as posted on DTB website at the time of booking and do not include airfare. Trips are priced per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit (equivalent to the first month’s installment payment or other amount determined by DTB in its sole discretion) at the time of booking to reserve your space. You may submit payments to DTB by online transfers or credit card.

Payment of the required deposit indicates that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Once your deposit has been received and processed by DTB, you will receive confirmation of your booking (subject to availability) by email. After booking, DTB may send you an additional email with the payment plan (3) dates and details of the trip. Please note transaction fees will be added onto each payment. If you fail to make a payment by the payment due date, we shall be entitled in our discretion to treat the missed payment as a breach of contract, cancel your reservation, and/or impose the cancellation/a $30 late fee specified in this agreement. A $30 late fee will be added every week a payment is late. We also retain the right to assign your spot to the next eligible traveler on the waitlist without any refund to you.

Each traveler is responsible for verifying the information and notifying DTB of any discrepancies or errors. If there is an error DTB will send a revised invoice to reflect the correct pricing. DTB may cancel your booking if final payment is not received by the due date.

Regardless of the deposit amount, you will be required to adhere to the following payment schedule when booking trips within 60 days of a trip start date:

60 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 75% of Trip Cost Due with Deposit
30 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 100% of Trip Cost Due with Deposit
